Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing

Level 2 (Working towards certification)

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a powerful psychotherapy that has shown to be effective in processing trauma as well as other experiences that cause distress and hopelessness. The treatment techniques allow for processing of negative beliefs and traumatic experiences through incorporating bilateral eye movements. It has also been used to strengthen internal resources and grounding techniques.

Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy

Level 2

AEDP is an experiential, attachment-based treatment model that focuses on emotional processing to allow for transformative change and “make neuroplasticity happen.” Based on the concept of “undoing aloneness,” AEDP focuses on allowing of new and healing experiences to foster building of internal resources, resilience, and hope.

Sensorimotor Psychotherapy

Level 1

This therapeutic modality is a holistic approach that integrates body and movement with traditional cognitive and emotional therapy techniques to support processing of experiences, healing from trauma, and working through unhealthy attachment patterns formed in childhood.

Internal Family Systems

Level 1

IFS is an evidenced-based treatment modality that focuses on internal experiencing of Self and “parts of self.” This framework aids client in exploring valuable qualities that internal parts hold and firmly believes that every individual’s Self is capable of healing. The IFS model emphasizes that “all parts are welcome” and has been shown to be transformative in moving towards feeling integrated and whole.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy


CBT is a psychotherapy treatment model that aids clients in identifying thought patterns that influence behaviors and emotions. Using this modality, the clinician aids clients in identifying negative thought patterns, learning and practicing skills to aid in problem solving, developing healthy coping skills, and building effective interpersonal relationship skills.
