About Me
Hello and welcome!
With 15 years of experience supporting clients with their emotional wellbeing, I believe wholeheartedly in the therapeutic process and every client’s ability to experience change and movement towards health and healing.
My therapeutic style is warm, empathic, genuine, playful and curious. I consider myself an eclectic therapist and draw from a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities based in neuroscience that are geared towards meeting my clients' individual needs. Most importantly, I use the therapeutic relationship as the primary change tool to support clients in being able to access and develop their own internal strengths, resiliency, agency and self-confidence.
I appreciate the amount of courage and vulnerability it takes to open up to someone new and to trust that change and healing can happen. Seeing clients be able to find words when there were none; to experience hope and light after so much darkness; to find the self and embrace life is truly awe inspiring and I am grateful to be part of the process. It is a privilege to get to know and work with you.
Thank you for your time and I look forward to meeting you soon.
